No, you must use this device on clean skin. Using this device with makeup may help makeup residues to penetrate deeper into the skin, and that can be detrimental to your skin health.

The skin around the eyes is sensitive and delicate when compared with other areas of the face. For that reason, this device provides two massage heads to fit the face and eye contour. It’s also not recommended to use the same temperature on the eye and face area. With two heads the temperature can be optimized to provide effective treatment.   

Research, data, and trials demonstrate that the optimal temperature to use on the skin is 42 ± 2°C. The temperature is slightly lower for the eye contour.

We recommend you to use the cool mode in the morning after you moisturize the skin to minimize the appearance of pores, reduce eye or face edema, and firm the skin. In the evening, use the hot mode to boost the absorption of your favorite serum or cream.  

Yes. The massage head is hypoallergenic, is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Yes, you can. The device is used on the skin only and does not hurt the eyes. Do not use this device on the eyelids.

This device is not waterproof. If you use this device with skincare products, apply the serum/lotion to the skin with your hands, and use the device afterward to boost absorption.
