Step 2: Wear the Helmet
Connect the helmet to a power source.
Long press the power button to turn it on.
Short press to cycle through low/medium/high temperature levels.
Step 3: Auto Shut-Off
The helmet is set to operate for 30 minutes by default.
It will automatically shut off after each session for safe use.
Recommended Use: Daily
Use 1–2 times daily for best results.

How should I clean and maintain the helmet after daily use?
Gently wipe the device with an alcohol pad after each use to keep it clean.
Can I place heavy objects on the helmet? What is the weight limit?
No. The helmet is not designed to support any weight and should not be compressed.
When should I use low or high temperature settings?
Choose the temperature based on comfort. Users with thicker hair may prefer the high setting.
Do I need to keep using it after seeing hair growth results?
Yes. Hair loss is often linked to genetics and lifestyle. Continued use is recommended to maintain results and prevent recurrence.
How long does the helmet last? Will the materials degrade over time?
As long as the internal circuitry remains functional, the device can be used long-term. Please refer to the performance chart for signs of decline over time.
Is there an age limit for using this helmet?
No age limit. However, older users or those with high blood pressure should use the lower setting.
Can it turn white hair back to black?
The graphene-generated far-infrared light helps activate and repair scalp cells. Some users have reported white hair turning darker, but results vary.
Is it effective for male pattern baldness or menopausal hair loss?
Yes. It improves scalp circulation and follicle health. While it aids in hair regrowth, hormonal and lifestyle factors should also be addressed.
Will it work for complete baldness?
If the hair follicles are not fully closed, there is still a chance for regrowth. However, if follicles are permanently closed, the device will not be effective.
